Cancellations


Customers may cancel their booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental or service time to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds


If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of booking. Refunds are typically completed within 7 to 10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

No-Show Policy


Failure to appear at the scheduled pickup time without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.

Service Issues


If a service cannot be provided due to unforeseen circumstances from our side, customers will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.
